1. Where and how will you ship ?
We ship in North America via Ground Service or USPS unless you request
differently. We do not ship to PO boxes or FPO and
APO addresses.

2. Shipping outside of USA
You can expect delivery within 2-3 weeks of your order for in-stock items. All applicable duties and taxes will be paid by the package recipient. Please call one of our representatives for further information on international orders.

3.Can I figure out shipping charges before I complete the order online?
Yes. Our checkout process gives customer the TOTAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING price before the actual amount has been charged to your credit card. The shipping price you see online is based on FedEx shipping estimates and our handling fee. We leave the right to ship via any of the following currier services (UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS) in order to deliver your order as fast as possible. All special shipping (such as over night, Saturday delivery, outside of the USA etc) are subject to special request and will be based on the amount of boxes, measurements and weight.

4. Shipping to CANADA.
We may contact you in case the shipping and handling costs will exceed the amount presented online for your approval.

5. If I placed the order during weekend, when It will be processed?
Our hours of operations are from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Central Time,
Monday through Friday. Usually your order leaves our warehouse within two
business days from the day you placed the order. For example, orders
placed after 2 P.M. CST on Friday will usually be shipped no later than the
following Tuesday.

6.Do you charge state taxes?
We DO NOT charge state sales tax unless you have a Texas billing address.
Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

7.What payment methods does Ekaterina's accept?
Ekaterina's accepts 4 major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover. Customers may place a credit
card order on-line or via phone (tel.1-866-677-8263). In addition, we
accept personal checks, certified checks and money orders, as well as
wire transfers. Please note that orders paid by methods other than
credit cards will be shipped only after receipt and clearance of
payment.
