RETURN POLICIY
1.We guarantee that you will receive the highest
quality goods. However if you do not like what you received from us you may return
merchandise within 15 days from the date of receipt of the shipment for a full refund.
However the customer will be invoiced for freight and 15% restock fee.
2.If you got broken
or damaged items please FILE CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of merchandise for
exposed or concealed damage or shortage. Should damage occur after the merchandise has left our
warehouse, DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT as this will cause unnecessary delay and expense.

Please report all claims other than
damage IN WRITING TO Ekaterina's
Imperial & Arts WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF GOODS.
4.
NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 15 days from the date
of receipt of the shipment.
5.
Customers will
be invoiced for freight on any unauthorized returned shipments and will be assessed a
20% restock fee. Customers requesting reshipping are responsible for any new freight
charges
