How it works.
A concentrated tea steeps in the small teapot while water boils in the large urn. Pour the desired amount of concentrate tea from small teapot into your teacup. Use the spigot on the water urn to dilute the tea to exactly the strength you prefer. Steam escaping from the top of the water container keeps the teapot at the optimal temperature for infusing. With its adjustable thermostat, the samovar can perfectly steep black, green and fruit teas and can keep water at the desired temperature for a long time.
